If your subscription doesn't seem to be recognized and you consistently arrive at a purchase page, it's possible that you're logged in with a different email address than the one you used to subscribe to.
For example:
- If you log in using a Google or Apple login button, the associated email address may be different (especially with Apple if you have Private Relay enabled, which replaces your email with an anonymous one).
- If you accidentally deleted the account you were subscribed to and then recreated an account using the same email address.
- If you made a typo in the email when you signed up.
If you're using one of the mobile apps, you can quickly resolve the issue:
- Open the app and log in with your account
- Shake your phone to display the support window.
- Click the subscription recovery button.
